When you are first starting a new fitness routine, it’s easy to go to the gym because you have the motivation. For the first few weeks, allow yourself no excuses to skip the gym. If you are there every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it will just become part of your routine to go. By the time motivation runs out, you can rely on habit getting you there.
